Skin, Collagen & Healthy Ageing Panel

The broader picture behind ageing skin — hormones, collagen and inflammation together.

Price on consultation

What this test is

An expanded version of our Skin Ageing & Collagen Panel, adding the key hormone markers that influence collagen production and skin thickness as you age. Because the right markers depend on your age, cycle stage and goals, this one is scoped with a clinician rather than sold as a fixed list.

Is this test for you?

  • You're noticing skin changes around perimenopause or menopause
  • You're considering a hormone-aware anti-ageing treatment plan
  • You want the fullest picture before starting a longevity-style programme

What we test

hs-CRP

A general marker of inflammation in the body, which can accelerate visible skin ageing.

Vitamin C

An essential building block your skin needs to produce new collagen.

Vitamin D

Supports skin repair and immune balance; low levels are common and easily corrected.

Zinc

Involved in skin healing and collagen production.

Oestradiol

A hormone closely tied to skin thickness and collagen production, especially from your late 30s onward.

DHEA-S

A hormone that declines with age and supports skin and collagen quality.

Homocysteine

An oxidative stress marker linked to how quickly cells age.

How you take this test

Choose whichever fits your schedule. Either way, your sample goes to the same accredited lab and is read by a clinician against optimal (not just "normal") ranges.

At home Convenient

An at-home finger-prick micro-sample kit is mailed to you. Follow the step-by-step guide, collect a few drops of blood, and post it back in the prepaid envelope.

Results and your clinician report in 3–5 business days

In clinic Assisted

A standard venous blood draw taken by a phlebotomist at a partner clinic near you — no different from a routine blood test at a doctor's office.

Results and your clinician report in 3–5 business days

Because this panel is scoped to you, your clinician will confirm the exact marker list and timing at consultation.

After your results

A clinician reads every marker against your age, symptoms and goals, then writes a plain-language report with a protocol you can act on. If treatment is recommended, your results travel with you to a certified Aesthetics BioCare provider, so nothing needs re-explaining.
